A. hi it is very common and Normal. nothing to do extra just keep the mouth area clean. if there is Rashes , apply thin layer of coconut oil there. use bib to protect your child skin from drooling rashes like Babyhug bib . as drooling is caused by teething ,give gentle massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
