hi my 4.5 old always have cold. she sneezing and mucus is white in colour. what to do suggest.

A. Take a cup of water with well cleaned tulsi leaves and black betel leaves and Indian borage leaves in it along with black pepper. Boil this mixture until the water is reduced to half. Then once the water is lukewarm u can filter it and give it to ur child.
