Hi My 3 month 9 day baby girl weight is 4.8kg and birth weight is 2.5 kg. baby is formula feeding and fully active. is this weight ok and how can I improve it can't give breast milk.

yes the weight of your baby is fine.
ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year. Take care and all the best
