My son is 3 month old. His birth weight was 3 kg. Now his weight 4.750 kg. is it normal ? he is Fully breast-feeding now. I'm very confused ... should I need to give formula or not . please help

A. dear mum, a weight of 4.75 kg is a normal weight for your baby at the age of 3 months. for healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. do not give formula.
