Q.

Hi my 2 year some times becomes very aggressive and hit me on my face . Whoever she is bored or angry or not getting what she wants, she hit me. I tried to calm her explain her gently but no succes I tried to shout on her also but she is not understanding. I hold her hands and explained her also that its a bad habit but she does not understand. And she hit so suddenly that I could not stop her from hitting.

A. Hello.. By shouting or any means they won't understand, its their behavior issues nowadays kids are doing this just because they are unable to express emotions or chhanelize their hyper energy. Check whether ur kid is hyperactive, doesn't sit at one place for longtime, not making eye contact, don't respond while calling their names, bully kids whom ur kid thinks are weak. For behavior whenever she does that pretend you are being hurt badly, start crying just to see her reaction whether she feels bad or happy. Don't talk to her for a while give silent treatment later get angry on some soft toys and start to yell hit to it. later see ur kid with same expression dont say a word make an eye contact for 10-30 sec. after 10 mins behave like nothing happened. Try this one if it doesn't work then contact me on forum.trinity23@gmail.com, she might be needed therapy to remove this hitting or aggressive behavior called ABA Therapy.

A. it will take some time for the baby explain the baby try to divert the attention of the baby sometimes don't pay any attention if the baby is doing such things
