Q.
Hi , my 2 year old got hurt on his hands a few days back, I thought it will heal. But today I saw this. I am confused is it healing or getting worse??

you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean the area with soap and water
