hi my 2 and half month old baby renel pelvis of both left and right kidney diameter is 7.1mm and 7.4 mm....the report says renel pelvis is prominent....is there any problem with that....because he has not pass motion for last two days...pls give some suggestion

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
Monitor other activities and urine output
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
