hi my 2.7 year old accidentaly drank 15 to 20 ml of p250 syrup. his weight is 12 kg. kindly advice

It’s a very heavy dose age of medicine that your child has had so I think in the medial side effect that you can see for the medicine is that your child is going to be mostly sleepy because of such high quantity of paracetamol into the medicine but still just to be on the safer side please connect with your doctor as well
