Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is ok to give. Fever is temperature more than 99. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then sponging can be done or if baby not looking well then need to see a doctor .

At This is a lot of medicines are given on the weight basis so you can check the bottle itself and give the medicine according to the current weight of your child otherwise your child is four years plus you can easily go ahead with 5ML at a point of time when you can repeat the dosage again after six hours if required
