hi my 12 months baby got her front up side teeth got first us that a problem mam please tell me thank you.

no problem.. babies can get their first milk teeth in either upper or lower jaw.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
