Hi mommies, plz let me know how to increase breast milk, 23days mother not getting sufficient milk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is less than one month of age it is the motivation of the mother that is important in having breast milk once baby will be sucking at the breast that will be oxytocin production and milk start coming be confident 1 lot of water fruit juices and milk

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and you can also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and also include khus khus whi h can help too
