NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello those just contain added sugar and better to avoid it and have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet along with excercise on a regular basis whoch shouldbe good and sufficient wnough abd any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
