hi,milk teeth or baby teeth kab girega ,meri beta ka teeth bahut chhote Chhote hai or wo properly chew vi nehi karta kya koi problem hoga teeth girne me. Uske age ke bache ka teeth girna Start ho gaya haii.iam worried

The age of 3.5 years it can actually start any time so it can happen any time after that till that time the new teeth does not start to come and the old ones are still there then there is no problem if the New starts to come and the old one hasn’t fallen then in that case you need to visit a dentist
