nahi koi problem nahi hai..baccho me unka complete 20 milk teeth ka set 3 years tak ki age me aata hai..
aao bacche k gums ko clean finger tip se gently massage kare

Ur Child already has two teeth so your child is not having any delay that it can come up till the age of 17 months your child has got it at a very good day I don’t think so you need to worry about anything other teeth will mostly come by completing the age of two years most of them are going to be there
