Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi will suggest that don't apply anything randomly. if baby is facing some skin issues. take baby to a dermatologist and after proper analysis apply something. Else red spot can be due to multiple reasons

Hello ma’am They must be heat rashes so would advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion on to them on a regular basis probably within a weeks time these things are going to subside completely and if they don’t buy any chance then you will have to consult your paediatrician
