hi meri daughter sirf plain idli, dosa aur plain white rice aur only chapati khati hai usse na koi fruits khati na kuch aur

A. You should give seasonal fruits to the child as fruits provides vitamins and minerals to tue body which are essenti for building immunity so try developing the habit of giving it one serving per day atleast

A. hello child also needs fruits and vegetables for the growth of your child and if the child is not taking fruits directly then you can even try to give it in the form of fruit juice or milkshake so the child will be able to take and will help in the growth of your child also
