Hi... meri bachchi 4years ki he... uski weight 12kg he.. me thik thak diet bhi follow karti hu.. but o kuch bhi thik thak nahi khati he. thora hi khake pet bhar jati he... pls suggest me weight gain syrup and supplements name

It Sometimes can be due to lower blood levels in the body is if you need to you should get a check with your doctor if the haemoglobin is less or something then we can work upon an eye on your diet for the child so going to advise you to consult your doctor for that
