Q.

Hi... Good morning. meri bacchi always kuch thik thak se nahi khatihe.. jobhi khana do half finish karti he.. so weight bhi gain nahi hoti he. 12kg weight he. in morning half boiled egg and small Banana khati he.. phir mid morning small cup milk khati he. launch me half of small cup rice, meat /fish and one sabgi khati he. afternoon me kuch snacks lethi he.. evening me 1biscuit and small cup milk khati he.. and night me rooti egg/meat or some time daliya kichuri lethi he.. phir bhi weight gain nahi hoti he.. always uski khane me cheess and ghee bohot deti hu. pls suggest me kiya eye thik thak khaneki chart he???

A. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Feed with other family members. Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity.

A. Healthy options include fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken, turkey, fish, lean hamburger, tofu, eggs), and whole-grain cereals and bread.
