A. Hello !! Avoid chemical shampoo,Use mild shampoo or soapnuts for hair wash. Do regular scalp massage with warm oil. Include iron rich foods in diet for hair growth. Dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts,figs , flaxseeds, Coconut, sweet potato, carrot,beet root, pomegranate, jaggery,amla ,egg,milk,fish in regular diet.
