ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. do a scan. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some moms can get back their periods within few months post delivery while some moms may not have as king as breast-feeding their baby but in your case since you have pcos it can also be due to that you have delay and it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
