ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. maintain hygiene in the area maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output Diaper rash use any daiper rash cream with zinc oxide change diaper at regular intervals every fourth hourly give a diaper free time of 30 minutes everyday maintain hygiene in the area

Give some diaper free time everyday. Try applying pure coconut oil on the affected area. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
