and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite.
offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child
give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural appetizer
if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet.

at this age the child should pass stool regularly.
if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child

avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and proxcessed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
