meri beti 2year7 months ki hai..usko kuch bhi khilati hu to digest nhi hota .even healthy food bna k deti hu..Loose motions ho jate h kuch bhi khilate hi..

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucouus high grade fever than it could be bacterial infefction which needs antibiotics treatment

So That means your child is having a week digestive system you should get a check with your paediatrician they can advise you the medicines and supplements which is going to help in boosting up the digestive system of the child it’s a very common issue with kids at this age consult your doctor this that is very important
