Hi may baby is 4 month old due is less breast milk supply I was give formula night time once my paediatrician suggested to give cereal instead of that can I give her plz suggest me if not no means tell /guide me the alternative ways instead of that

Mam the correct issue start giving food is after completing the age of six months I don’t know why your doctor is suggesting you something which is not correct if you are feeling low and you want to continue with formula feeding also entirely please feel free to do that as that’s much healthy right now instead of starting other food for the child
