Hi May baby age is 11+ He has congestion,, please advise which food i can give him

A. Mam there is no restriction or any kind of food rather than giving cold to the child you can give everything to the child that you’re making at home basic food that’s going to be healthy for a child apart from that you should just give warm water that will help
