Q.
hi mam / sir since last two days the body temperature of my toddler fluctuates to very warm, warm and normal.I am unable to record the temperature when it's too much warm.As his activities and eating everything is normal we've not fed him paracetamol.Please guide us

You have done a very sensible thing by not feeding paracetamol to the child because when you are certain about the temperature then only you should give paracetamol so if you’re unable to record the high temperature but when you take the lower side of the temperature and is below 99 that means it’s a normal body temperature there is no need to give any medicine for that
