need some suggestion

Sunday took 5th month scan (21weeks 3 day) .
the report came like this for kidney

KUB left kidney and bladder appeared normal Right renal pyelectasis noted. Right trans pelvic diameter-6.4 mm.

other than kidney. every thing normal oly

it's tere any problem to baby in future

consulted with doctor. but doctor said this is normal nowdays. so no need to worry... aft birth oly we can say wat to do 
doctor said now itself we can't do anything

so I need suggestion wat to do. I need to take any xtra precaution. or live as it's. ..

Show the report to your gynecologist and she will tell you what to do next.
Mostly it will be observation with regular scans for now
