hi mam / sir. after my c section delivery heavy knee pain and above the knee is swelling. I consulted the doctor and took X-ray it's normal. no issues.but the pain is not cure . what can I do

Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective in this case so try once
