hi mam, pain in womb from 2 days ,slight bleeding and giddiness while walking,,is it sign of labour

Mam what is your term of your pregnancy what is your estimated delivery date you have not mentioned anything so yes it bleeding is not healthy you should consult your gynaecologist and proceed with further testing and accordingly your doctor will confirm your current situation
