hi Mam my son saifaan is 5.7 years but his health is not so much good. he eats normally but he is not gaining his weight.

If Even after eating well enough the weight Of the child is less and the growth is also lagging then that could be due to some issue with the body as in the food is not very well digested or absorbed by the body as it should have been so for this you should definitely take a help from a paediatrician
