Hi mam my son as nasal congestion and during night he can't sleep because of breathing problem and noisy breathing too shall i apply himalaya baby rub to the baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 hour agoA. You can apply Vicks baby rub on chest and back and also steam inhalation helps a lot and put saline nasal drops in both nostrils twice a day take care

You can give steam to the child in directly you can also give nasal drops to the child which would be helpful but I’m not aware about the Himalaya think that you are willing to use so I cannot confirm but the other two things I am suggesting you would be good enough
