Hi mam, my second baby age is 13 months he is very active Iam having one doubt , is he gains correct weight Now his weight is 14kg

A. Hello good evening !! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. Generally by one year babies triple or near to triple of their birth weight the ideal weight should be 8.5- 13kg. Check if baby weight is in ideal range or not. Baby weight is fine ,feed 3 meals and 2 snacks give balanced diet with fruits and vegetables,milk, diary products,dals, cereals avoid processed, packed foods.
