Hello ma’am If you eat nonveg give a egg to your child on an every day basis and fish and chicken as per your convenience and if you do not eat it you only vegetarian then it would be best to consult a nutritionist because she can give you a diet plan which will help your child gain all the necessary nutrients and supplements as per the age
