hi mam..my delivery was c _ section.how to reduce my weight.

A. dear mum, to reduce your weight, eat mindfully reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. after a resting period of 6-8 weeks after c section. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps
