hi mam. my baby is 4 months old. she is getting yellow discharge with water from her eyes.please tel me what has to be done??

A. hi, it can be eye infection or block tear ducts. You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool. tc
