Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months hof age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very fre ssquent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning if the baby is vomiting continuously it is a matter of concern it could be an indication of the fact that the baby might be having lactose intolerance or some infection try to visit your doctor immediately
