Q.

Hi mam , my baby is 165 days old.He is very active.He is very attracted to food.when we eat, he stares at the food and want to eat them. can I give him heard food?

A. Dear mum, you should introduce top food only after your baby completes 180 days or 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. There is no advantage of early introduction of top food.
