Hi Mam, my baby has 2 months old from last 2 days my milk has decreased, unable to give enough milk supply to my baby and also I’m giving formulated milk daily 2 times, what should I do for breastfeed increasing.

You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and also start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you can continue giving formula milk to your baby it is the best alternative of mother’s milk but there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old
