A. Firstly dont be so much worried, maternal anxiety decreases milk let down . secondly even of you find that breasts are feeling empty , latch the baby , this will produce oxytocin and help in milk letdown. thirdly increase protein comtent of ypir diet and drink plenty of liquids. fourthly it is mandatory to feed baby in night beacuse your body produces the milk producing hormone more in night. and lastly please relax , baby is himself preparing to taste solid food in next 1 to 2 months.

A. Hello! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist to guide you through this process
