Q.

Hi mam, My baby got Measles and rubella vaccine instead of MMR vaccine.Is there any other vaccine for Mumps.

A. there is no vaccination available for mumps alone and you will have to give MMR vaccination. you can go for MMR vaccination after 1 month and that will also complete the mumps disease

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. can give now also yes you can go for the vaccine now also. many times due to to some reasons you are not able to give explanation to the child there is no need to worry and you can go for the vaccination. meet your doctor with your vaccine card who will arrange when you can go for the vaccine and how many dosage will be needed.
