hi mam my baby boy is 1yr 3 month he is working with support he is eating puree only can i give puree

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Balanced nutrition should be given including all sorts of food items. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. thanks and take care
