Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. .It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby. If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time s do check with your paedritician once..

T It could be due to some stomach infection you please get it checked with your doctor because without proper check up it would be very difficult to say whether it is a stomach infection or some other issue is happening so please get in touch with your paediatrician ones
