hi mam mother of 3 years old twin boys. had c sec and 9th month from the delivery facing breathing issue often. weekly once or monthly once. consulted general doctor twice still no cure. no cold and cough but often facing. please let me know further.

A. better to consent a pulmonologist ok c. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
