A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and vitamin d weekly for three months. protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. walk regularly

A. Hello,it's normal in new mother's and to resolve this issue you should start taking supplements specially calcium and iron supplements as bones gets weak and for tiredness you should take iron tablets and take proper balanced and nutritional diet and take proper sleep and rest and keep yourself hydrated.
