hi mam kya bacche ko roti chawal sabzi de skte hn kya koi baby ka alag se food bana kr dena zaroori h mera baby 21 mnths ka h mai use break fast me chapati egg bhurji,dal ,chicken mutton piece chai paratha paratha n mid snacks fruits hota h like bnana grapes, mango, water melon lunch me thoda sa rice with any sbzi evening snacks me dates almond suji hlwa dinner me phir roti sbzi it's healthy orun healthy mam aur koi bhi shake me like mango shake bnana shake me meetha hone keliye kya daale

A. as ur baby is 21 month old.. no need to cook separately for ur kid.. serve whatever you cook for family.. give 3 meals n 2 snacks a day. tc

A. gradually aap family meal baby food hone chahiye all food fruits and vegetables meal plan thik hai mango shake banana shake me natural sweetness rhene de you can use jaggery or dates syrup as natural sweetener
