hi mam, its my second delivery, my friends and relatives advising me to do family planning after the delivery immediately. but some of them says its risk doing family planning after delivery. im confused totally, can please advise which one is good .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. You can start taking progestin-only pills right away. If you're going to be taking combination pills (the kind of pill most people take) you need to wait at least 3 weeks after giving birth to start your pills, depending on certain health factors.
