Q.

Hi mam it's been 5months I delivered a baby on February 21st.i got period on April 1st,still now I didn't get period.plz tell me the solution

A. that's normal oi.use a contraception always.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as wellYou can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates
