Hi mam, im 5 days old baby boy mom, my left side breast is becomed harder and feels like having lumps, so my baby is not having milk properly plz. suggest me solutions 🙏🙏

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage your breasts gently with coconut oil. It can be due to milk supply in the breasts. Also increase your water intake and take healthy food items. If you feel too much pain then it is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise accordingly.
