Hi Mam, I want to ask that my endometriosis was operated in Dec 2024, but afterthat fat is stuck on belly & arms, is it because of hormonal imbalance?? How can it be treated??

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello! Try to be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Maybe you should try upper body exercises. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
