Q.

hi mam, I'm mother of 9 month old baby this is my 1st baby ,I got menses in 3rd month after delivery ,and also I have 2 time periods in. a same month ,before 2 month normaly periods come like monthly once,but last month I got periods with very very low bleeding only 2 days is it ok or any problem plse say mam,and also I'm breast feeding mother

A. it is absolutely normal for a breastfeeding mother to have irregular periods because of lactation amenorrhea For further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and proper medication please try to see your local doctor once . . . . .

A. Hello mom Yes it is totally normal this is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery and sometimes it happens. So you don’t have to worry about it at all. You can continue breastfeeding your baby. Periods will not affect your breast feeding at all just have to maintain a proper diet.
